Who are we?

We are a pair of friends who set up and run DOUZO.

I’m Melita. I’m fascinated by people and the significant events in their lives. In DOUZO, I’m interested in communication, user experience, and all things business-y. This is my first jump into business. There’s lots to learn – that’s for sure – but I wouldn’t have it any other way now. Outside DOUZO, I’m a mother of two teenagers. With any free time from family and work, I like to run, cook, and read.

I’m Matt. I’m The Technical One. I’ve owned, programmed, hacked, played and lived with computers for more than 30 years. In DOUZO, I’m interested in keeping the site performing effectively and efficiently, and looking for new and improved functionality or enhancements as we can. I keep the server ticking along nicely, the blog, and manage all aspects of the infrastructure that DOUZO uses and relies upon.
